Luxury Accommodation

Each of the six luxury houses and the Victory Barn are, in short, spectacular. The Shoot Lodge and Burrow Farmhouse are the two principal properties, each having six bedrooms. Complementing these are three cottages - The Chicken House, Barley Cottage and Keepers Cottage - each with two bedrooms. Finally there is “Top of the World”, a one bedroom shepherd's hut with glorious views over the estate and beyond.

Burrow Farmhouse

Burrow Farmhouse is an exceptional grade II listed Manor House dating back to the 15th Century with six en-suite bedrooms and five luxurious living spaces. (Available from February 2026)

The Shoot Lodge

The Shoot Lodge is a beautiful grade II listed Lodge dating back to the 15th Century with six stunning bedrooms and four luxurious living spaces.

The Chicken House

The Chicken House is a charming 16th century grade II listed cottage adjoining the Great Barn with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, open plan living and kitchen space, and a beautiful walled garden.

Cottage

Barley Cottage is the most accessible property on the Estate set across one level with open plan kitchen, dining room and snug. Positioned with beautiful views over rolling fields.

Keepers Cottage

Keepers Cottage is a grade II listed 16th Century House with two stunning bedrooms and cosy living spaces. (Available from April 2026)

Top of the
World

Perched at the top of a wildflower meadow with spectacular views over the Chiltern Hills sits an enchanting shepherd’s hut. Blending luxury with cosy comfort, Top of the World comes complete with elegant roll top bath, underfloor heating, wood-burning stove and inviting sunken hot tub.
